These Terms of Service govern your use of the TripSpec website and store. TripSpec is operated by Agentic Commerce Inc. (DBA Catalog). In these Terms, “TripSpec,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and account information

You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live. Information you provide for an account or order must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Product information

We work to present product descriptions, measurements, compatibility information, prices, and images accurately. Published specifications may be supplied by the manufacturer or supplier, and colors may appear differently on different screens. Airlines, carriers, venues, and other third parties make their own eligibility and size determinations; a product dimension does not guarantee acceptance by any particular third party.

Products, prices, variants, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance after payment authorization. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or listing error, or an address that cannot be served. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amounts displayed at checkout, including applicable shipping and taxes. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Current products may be fulfilled directly by Hoss Straps through Shopify Collective. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct authorization, label, and destination.

Third-party services

Shopify hosts the store and supports checkout, payments, and related services. Suppliers and carriers may process information needed to fulfill and deliver orders. Your purchase is from TripSpec; Shopify is not the seller of products offered through this store. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or access the services in a manner that violates applicable law; or infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The TripSpec website, branding, original text, graphics, and site design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, trademarks, images, and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

Disclaimers

Except for express promises in these Terms or our published policies, the services and products are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without additional warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripSpec and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
